Passenger Reservation Policy (PRP)

Hello

We really appreciate you making a reservation. Just like train stations, we have our busy periods and want to be fair to all who journey to Bombay Central.

We do keep a small number of tables for walk in’s, just note, our station host will give you an approximate wait time and you’re welcome to relax at our Central Bar.

Peak times (Friday – Sunday / Public Holiday’s)

For bookings (early evening) we kindly request for the table back within two hours, its enough time and its to make sure we try to be fair to all our passengers.

For late evening (20:00 onward’s); please enjoy until closing!

Off Peak times (Tuesday – Thursday) 

We can get very busy on these days so we kindly advise you book with us.

Large groups

If you’re planning to bring a group of 18 or more people, please email hello@thebombaycentral.com or call the team on 02030340607.

High Chai

We are famous for our unique High Chai experience. Please pre-book through our online reservation system, note; party sizes of more than 12; email us hello@thebombaycentral.com

Please note that we can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Please don’t be late.
